UCPPS - Prostatitis, Interstitial Cystitis Forum

Well, n=1, but I have had a report from an old friend that treatment with omalizumab injections has removed his UCPPS.

Here is a list of what is gone:

• CPPS (I can’t detect it now).
• Asthma.
• All allergies to pollen, dust, dander.
• Dermographism.
• Urticaria.
• Itching.

I thought I'd note it here for future researchers to investigate.

Omalizumab can function as a mast cell-stabilizing agent, so that's what could be happening.
