Treatments 35 day prostate massage: Pavlos Georgiadis

Post by greg1968 »

Has anyone watched the Youtube video on Dr. P Georgiadis Urology - Chronic Prostatitis it sounds good. Wonder what our peoples thoughts are ??

Treatment

Uncomplicated chronic prostatitis is initially managed with antimicrobial therapy for at least a month. After this period of time and provided that clinical and ultrasound examinations demonstrate that the inflammation persists, the management of the condition should be radical. Otherwise, progressive aggravation of the inflammation is likely with relapse of symptoms and side effects previously mentioned (erectile dysfunction, hypofertility, etc). These side effects are the main complaint of patients visiting their urologist to urgently seek help.

In all the years of my clinical experience in managing the problem of chronic inflammation of the prostate, the only effective regimen which achieves almost all of the above mentioned treatment goals is the combination of antimicrobial/anti- inflammatory treatment with finger pressure unblocking curative treatment geared to the demands of every type of prostate inflammation and personalised for each patient.

This special treatment aims at breaking down all the hardened and well established foci of the inflammation; at unblocking the obstruction and allowing smooth circulation of prostate fluid in every duct; at reinstating microvascular circulation in the glandular tissue; at completely eliminating microbial foci and restoring the immune response of the body in the now healthy prostate tissue.

This treatment leads to impressive results as cure ranges from 92 to 96% of cases

A complete idiot from Greece who seems totally unaware of the last 20 years of medical research into prostatitis! :62_58_40:

From his website:
What is Chronic Prostatitis?

It’s an inflammation of the prostate gland. wrong
It is mainly caused by microbial infection. wrong
I cannot be bothered debunking this clown. Please read more here and read the main site, especially https://www.ucpps.men/chron ... condition/

I endured Dr. G’s treatment for 6 weeks back in 2016. Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this kind of therapy. I met many patients there from around the world and none of them were cured. Some patients I met stayed longer than me or went back the following year with no success. Many of the local Greeks go there year after year and are not cured. There’s no miraculous cure with this type of treatment. It’s designed to drain your wallet quickly and have you keep coming back for more.

I am 41 years old. I've suffered from "non bacterial chronic prostatitis" since 2011. It has totally ruined my life : wife, friends, job, self-confidence, etc.

Recently, I've came in Athens to follow Dr Georgiadis therapy for 6 weeks. I've seen his video on youtube. It was very difficult, I was constantly tired in Greece, lost 5 kg. Greek lab found 2 bacteria (staphylococcus aureus and enterococcus faecalis) I was prescribed 2 antibiotics (Augmentin + Arcoxia or Octegra).

Results today : Money for nothing !! No improvement, not even a little... Symptoms are still here.

My question : Can you gimme some advice ? What can be done now ? Continuing with oral antibiotics or intravenous stronger ? I will be admitted at hospital tomorrow because of abdominal cramps. Prostatectomy can be tried ? (I am very very fed up since 2011...)

I totally agree with you LabMonkey333. This guy is a quack, just interested in money. He managed to convince me to do waves therapy supposed to improve my erection. Money (a lot of !) for nothing ! Greek lab found staphylococcus aureus and enterococcus faecalis but I'm full doubting ...

I've seen same persons like you describe in waiting room. There is one guy (not Greek) who went for the 5th times ... to cure a so-called chlamydia ! He spent a lot of money.

What do you do now ? What is your treatment ?

A "thank you" & a Greek quack warning: Georgiadis

Post by Nagiller »

Hello guys,

As to my person: 32 old, technician with master degree. So I am reading in this forum since October 2017 and now want to post a short story of my experiences, because maybe there are people out there who can identify with my symptoms and maybe it is a help for someone:

I was a absolute healthy person NEVER took aspirin or any antibiotics in my life before. I also would call myself really stress resistant, unanxious and really strong willed, but the call it Day X, when I had unprotected sex with a Tinder date in 2015, nothing was like before...

It started with the typical STD symptoms (fever, pain while urinating, pus..) Got to an uro and did a swab and a week later I got a positive PCR for chlamydia. Afterwards 10days doxy (first abx in my life) and it wonderfully cleared everything up, burning pain, pus, etc. 2 weeks later the burning symptoms whilst urinating and during the day came back but with less intensity. After 2 further PCR tests which were all negative my Uro prescribed me Cipro. After taking the first pill I experienced another doomsday (as if the STD wasn't enough!). Sadly I am one of those people who reacts extremely badly to fluoroquinolones like Cipro, and got to feel the worst side effects. I felt like I did a time journey and woke up as a 30 year old person in a body of an old man. The nerve damage (dribbling etc) and the clicking and knocking in joints are still present but overall the side effects are slowly improving since taking that shit.

Back to CPPS topic: After some crazy testicle symptoms I felt shocked that some chlamydia spread to the testicles causing a epididymitis, I asked a doctor for a 1.5g dose zitromax/azithromycin. God bless no side effects but not much impact on my symptoms. After that I lost any confidence to classical doctors or oral abx.

In the next 3 years I did another 12 test at 3 different laboratories with different methods, mostly PCR, culture some IGG/IGA blood tests eeeeverything negative except staph. Aureus. But I didn't retreat and did lots of research (I think I spent more time reading the internet than in my complete master degree), I read books about meditation, Sarno, some esoteric things haha, lots of Philosophic stuff from old Greek, ... In addition to that I eat really healthy with overall quality regional and fresh food (vegetables, oils, homegrown herbs) which helped immensely. That change was not really hard for me because I loved to cook before and never was addicted to junk food.

Last year (2017) I was again searching the net for a cure and found on youtube a guy called Shawn with his "professional" cureprostatis website and I stumbled upon the so called specialists Guercini, Toth, China clinics and the Greek urologist Pavlos Georgiadis in Athens. So after watching the youtube video posted on the website of Dr Giorgiadis, it was so logical for me that I also was caught in the idea that my symptoms are now curable with this special doc. Especially because I already planned vacation time in September, it was a cheap alternative to visit doc Giorgiadis.

When I entered the ordination it was the same story like LabMonkey333 and the last poster described. I never meet a more vague doctor with a greedier assistant. Nevertheless he massaged my prostate and pressed really a lot prostate liquid like a lemon. After that I brought the liquid and my fresh ejaculate to the nearby independent laboratory (the 4th laboratory since).

10 days later I received the test per email which where all negative except staph aureus and 30-50 white cells per field. Discussing the result with the doc, he said that this result is quite normal because all the bugs are hiding in the ducts, and getting out after a 4 week treatment and then most negative result persons are turning positive. Further he told me to do a 2 x 3 weeks massage with nearly every abx on earth at the same time plus two injections. That's it, now I was sceptical and tried to find some other people with experience of that treatment. After few research I found this forum and was afraid to spend the 20 dollars, but now this 20 bucks were one of the best investments in my life, which saved me for ruining my health in Greece.

What helped me most:
  • I dont give a shit
  • Try to keep daily routine (socially+work) especially in the first 2 years I was near social Isolation because I needed every free minute to rest.
  • Drinking beer with mates, even going to the Cinema was hard work haha I have big luck that I have a job where I can adapt my worktime flexible
  • Sports + hobby
Nevertheless not everything with this "mess" is negative and black. I for my person must say that nothing till now has made me more adult and mature. Most of the daily life complaints of my friends or other relatives is absolute nonsense for me and I focus now automatically on important things in life. Also I do not postpone anything which makes me happy, like most of other people do. I do it now or as soon as possible because I now see like never before how fragile life/health in general is.

Long discussion short:

Thank you webslave, thank you for the encouragement to spend that heap of hours in your life to provide that platform for desperate guys with this fucking fricking syndrome

Also thanks to all the others building this helpful community

  1. Get away from Georgiadis. He is running a scam in cahoots with those laboratories.
  2. Stop all antibiotics (that's probably why you have abdominal cramps)
  3. Forget about prostatectomy. It does not work (see our thread on Krongrad)

Hey Micha, right now I don’t see any doctors for this condition because they are mostly unaware of CPPS or don’t know how to help. I see a pelvic floor PT every other week, which provides some relief for me. I took any accredited quercetin product for several months, but I’m not sure if I really noticed much of a difference while taking it. I’ve taken Quercetin in the past and believe it did offer me some relief or helped me get to the point I’m currently at, so maybe that’s why the any accredited quercetin product wasn’t as effective for me. I also find relief doing more aerobic type activity. I try to avoid the things that flare me up, such as heavy weight training and sitting for too long. I can drink coffee and beer without any noticeable negative effect.

Georgiadis claimed to find high molecular load of chlamydia in my semen with presence of white blood cells, but this is contrary to every test I’ve had in the U.S. in search of a bacterial cause (both before and after seeing Dr. G), and I’ve seen the best urologists that Seattle has to offer for this condition, in my opinion. Dr. G wasn’t able to extract any EPS from me, so he sent me to Mycolab to give a semen sample. I too believe that he is in cahoots with them as Webslave stated. The positive chlamydia finding really threw me off guard because I knew that this was impossible, given my history of partners and already having taken azithromycin and doxycycline long before going to Greece. The negative test results from my girlfriend were also further proof that Georgiadis is a sham. I had her get tested after I came back from Greece for chlamydia. He wanted me to fly her out to Greece for treatment when I was there. Thank god I didn’t!

Hey Monkey,
I'm from France, so please excuse my English...

I totally agree with you.
I didn't make following mistakes with Mr G :
- my girlfriend didn't go to Athens for "cure" with G,
- I strictly refused intrarectal injection that G wanted I did, (one injection = €1650 !! Ineffective and maybe dangerous in my opinion)
- I will never come back to see him
- I quickly stopped his "pumps for penile" and Piezo-waves therapy (money for nothing)

My wife was tested negative all the time in France.
I trust our labs (it's not chauvinism !)
Her Heath is very good for long years (thank God)

I am a bit doubting about staphylococcus aureus and enterococcus.
But why not ? it's not impossible.
Because I think these bacteria are bacterial biofilms component.
Dr Saada in Paris founds indeed a lot of biofilms after each Stamey Test.
But his 10 massages never worked for me !! (not even a little !!)
(I don't believe in this therapy)

What do you think about phages therapy for bacterial biofilms ? (maybe my last option but I'm full doubting)

Otherwise, I have mercury intoxication in my body (tested by German lab)
I suffer from irritable bowel syndromes and strange muscular cramps every day.
I always feel very tired.
I think I will start chemical chelation treatment with a doctor.
I will see...

Good luck Monkey !

@labmonkey: I read that long thread from you in the other forum, which describes chronologically the story of your trip to Dr. G.

So I for my part thought that his unique massage technique (which is really brutal, no uro did it like this before) would finally find out the bacterially issue (in my case the initially chlamydia finding 3 years before). He squeezed a heap of prostate fluid out of me. I thought that when this fluid contains no bugs, what other should?

As I wrote above... I carried the prostate fluid and the semen to that mycolab per taxi personally. In contrast to the ordination of dr g. those analytic guys and women from mycolab seemed much more serious to me and I dont think the have some crazy deal with dr g...

After I received two (fluid and semen) absolute negative (except some maybe or maybe not elevated with blood cells 30- 50 per field) results 10 days later I got really sceptical.

The dubious additional intrarectal shots treatment suggestions (I agree €1600 each!) did the rest, for god sake I only did that first visit with the analysis and never came back for any treatment...

@Nagiller & LabMonkey

I think you took right decision not to do injections.

This guy prescribes antibiotics to patients (first week) whereas he has not again laboratory results .
I was prescribed ceftriaxone before my pathogens were found...
I've never seen this way to doing before!

Dr G has given me this response :
"There are STILL cases where even if the microbiological exams show zero microbes, the patients may still show symptoms. In those cases, we do additional prostatic pressures, combined with IV and intraprostatic injections at the end as it means we are now dealing with microbes that we cannot easily track and eventually we always reach the desired result "

Intraprostatic injections when we don't find culprits microbes ...

But you must judge it by your own opinion

What is pelvic floor PT ?

I have constantly pain in both my right groin area and right flank.

Osteo didn't work for me.

Good luck
