I don't tend to get flares from too much sitting - just an increase in pain which goes away pretty quickly with stretching and some triggerpoint work. I'm lucky enough to be flying business class - so I get one of those little booths with a seat that goes flat - though even with that the flight over felt looong.robertpagen wrote:Long flights and long drives often are the trigger for a full flare for me.
