Still very strange symptoms... Basically, it's a pressure in rectum around anus area... getting better if I press between the scrotum and anus. And it's the only way to keep an erection. to keep pressure there... unbelievable... don't know what is this... and I feel it's getting worse under antibiotics...

The problem is it's getting worse during this two month. And it's also getting worse when I stopped antibiotics. For me it's a sigh of infection. I've just didn't take any antibiotics normally during this period.

Why does infection not exist in test result? I don't know. My first urine test shows high leukocytes. All others urine tests were under antibiotics. Prostate fluid test also had done under antibiotics and could be compromised. I'll get a result on Monday I hope.

Also I know some examples when people were treated with antibiotics without any infection found, so do I 10 years ago...

But considered the fact how it's getting and getting worse something is wrong I mean if it's finally an infection there is no chance it will be improved under all those 'muscles' technic, Flomax etc...

Result - Scant growth of Acinetobacter junii
Comment: Skin flora also present.

All previous simple urine tests didn't show anything

Doctor said I probably have Acinetobacter junii bacteria, witch is root cause of all my symptoms.
But he also said this type of bacteria could present in test result from skin when he took prostate fluid (?)

He suggested to try amox-clav for 2 weeks.

So I wonder do I have an infection or not ((

Asked him why scant growth? My symptoms are getting worse every day... He answered it doesn't matter do I have a small amount of bacteria or high amount.. and symptoms could get worse...

any ideas?

In my opinion, your doctor doesn't know what he's doing. He probably knows nothing about male chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Ask him if he's ever heard of it. Take his antibiotics, but then when that does not work, seek out pelvic floor therapy.
