Slight burning whilst and after urinating. Numb Urethra. Muscle spasms around anus (not painful). Change in semen texture , semen loss of smell. | Helped By: Symptoms seem to come and go all by themselves. It is very important to keep your whole case in one thread so people can see the full history. Your symptoms denote a mild inflammation of the lower urinary tract, which means the condition is still with you, but simmering in the background.
In fact urinary retention along with a lack of feeling your bladder are all symptoms of CPPS
No, that's not true.

Yes for sure something is with me.

In regards to urinary symptoms I don't know what to say then the PT tells me it is the urologist tells me it is, but you categorically say it isn't. Others on here seem to be suffering with similar urinary symptoms too.

Do you have any suggestions for my next stage of investigation?

Urodynamic Results.

Post by lroyal »

Uro told me following my Urodynamic test this week that there is a muscle in my pelvic floor which isn't relaxing to allow the urine to flow freely from the bladder. In addition, said muscle needs to relax to allow proper erections, passing of stool along pain free ejaculations.

any thoughts on this?

Admin comment: find out which muscle. The urethral sphincter is a muscular structure that regulates the outflow of urine from the bladder into the urethra, but that is probably not what he is talking about. He's probably referring to the levator ani. He's telling you that you have a hypertonic pelvic floor.

Doctors confirms tight sphincter not relaxing to allow bladder emptying. Also I presume this restricting blood-flow affecting erection quality also decreased sensation. @websalve any experience in this type of thing

Admin comment: this is not UCPPS. Your urologist can provide procedures and drugs to treat this.

Inflammation is the main culprit of symptoms and one of the best way to reduce the inflammation and improve the symptoms is HFLC (High Fat, Low Carb and Sugar) regimen and eliminating Gluten.

I don't know why but food regimen based on meat and green vegetables and elimination all other foods can improve you drastically within one month!
But be careful of food regimen and consult with your doctor before too.
