How much should I take to see an effect for UCPPS? Company says 2x3 capsules.

Hi there,
I read about Graminex, which contains 500 mg rye pollen extract.
The Pollstimol only contains 23 mg rye: Timothy Gras:Corn pollen per capsule and you take 6 per day.
Is more mg better in our case?
