Has anyone had success with symptom reduction with the anti-fungal regime? It entails: 1)low carb diet, 2) alkalization of urine and 3) fluconazole for 2 weeks

I have a doctor that is willing to work with me and will prescribe Flucanzole. He also said I can try Bactrim (I am very hesitant to try the bactrim for possible disruption of the gut micro-biome)
Also - I have had multiple urine tests and nothing has shown up. 2 of them were after prostate massage. I just submitted a semen sample and I am waiting on the results. I am doubtful if anything will show.
