Topical Voltaren Gel (diclofenac) might help a lot with pelvic pain
I had some Voltaren gel (diclofenac) for a ruptured tendon in my wrist, realizing a lot of my post ejaculatory pain might be caused by some inflammation I decided to test my hypothesis, after ejaculation I rubbed a decent amount on my Perineum (AVOID the ANUS) cream has alcohol and will burn. And then waited about 6 minutes, amazingly the burning and soreness almost completely went away and I was able to achieve almost completely pain free erection afterwards, which is usually impossible. Hopefully others here can try this and share their experience, wouldn't advise rubbing it on your actual erection as almost all the spasms and pain you probably feel there is actually coming from the nerves and muscles right behind your testes and not actually inside the penis. Voltaren gel can be bought OTC in Canada without a script, you gotta have one in the US to get it tho.

Thanks for the tip, I gonna try this out! Actually so, I have a lot of (inflammation type) burning pain and tension in my anus too, do you know if there is a similar anti-inflammatory cream that could be applied on or even inside the anus?
Age: 26 | Onset Age: 16 (but got much worse around 22) | Symptoms: hard, cold flaccid penis; reduced sensation/numbness; diminished erections; premature ejaculation; urinary frequency; burning urination; urgency (bladder and urethea inflammation); painful ejaculation | Helped By: Exercise, cold shower, internal massage, massage of inner tights, abstinence, stretching | Worsened By: sex/masturbation; working on the computer too long | Other comments: I am always worrying it is nerve-related and cannot heal naturally.

Hi Alpha, no problem, no, I don't know about any creams, tho I do know they have suppositories with ibuprofen it, probably very expensive, I would talk with your doc.
