Any recommendations for a seating cushion?

Anything else that may be beneficial to take pressure off the buttocks/Prostate etc....

I'm sitting on one of those right now. Absolutely essential for people like me, who have a herniated disc. The cutout takes pressure off the spinal column and stops nerve roots getting irritated via spinal compression. It also happens to take pressure off the prostate area. Win-win.

I've been using mine for 2.5 years, and the foam has stood up quite well. I'm very pleased with it, to be honest. :thumbup:
