If you can make the trip, I'd highly recommend Robert Echenberg in Bethlehem, PA. I'm being treated by him, and he's been amazing.

I'm currently seeing Ann Levesque in Beverley MA. I have not had any success after about 20 visits. Too bad because she is supposed to be very good for our area
