Hi,
Since I had frequent bowel troubles for quite some times now, following the advices of this forum I bought the book on food intolerance and tried it. To my great surprise, I discovered that I am really sensitive to potatoes (a food I used to eat very often). I started a diet for 2 weeks, with the first days that were not good (major chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome pain, migraine, stomach pain, tiredness ...), then had a good time with my chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome being very low, I've slowly tried to introduce food, and discovered that potatoes was a major trouble for me. A few hours latter, I had redness on hands, bowel bloat, diarrhea, chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome flareup etc ...
I'll continue to try to discover what else I'm sensitive to, but I wanted to share it with you guys : it may be worth trying to see if food can worsen your symptoms as it costs nothing and seems to help at least a bit.

Potatoes are part of the nightshade family, which also includes plants like tomato. You may also react to tomato if you have a problem with potatoes.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try that. I ate bread this week end and didn't seem that well, although not as violent as potatoes, I need to continue investigating.
