I just got fish oil supplement today and took a capsule and it seems like I'm flaring up. I don't know if its the fish oil or not but seems like it. Has anyone else experienced this ?
It would make sense because last time i ate trout i had a big flare.

If you are sensitive to fish, and it sounds like you are (a common food allergen), get omega 3 from walnuts.

Yeah sucks. I can eat sushi alright it seems, but trout bam flare up within 30 minutes. The fish oil caps i have said the source is from anchovies.
