Anyone experiences with Apple cider vinegar?

Post by TJ88 »

I recently was diagnosed with GERD (acid reflux), and I read that ACV can alkalize your body, and help reduce this unfortunate problem. My concern however is that I also have CPPS/IC, has anyone noticed any irritation to our condition using ACV? I heard it was alkalizing so I'm confused.

I used ACV for the same thing, and some other stomach issues, before my prostatitis, and during. I then stopped when I heard the same thing as you. All I can say is.. ACV is a wonder drink, amazing stuff! I took 1-2 tablespoons for my acid reflux, for a couple of days, and I was good for about a week. It didn't seem to bother my CPPS, but everyone is different I'm sure.

Have tried multiple antibiotics, prostate massage/drainage, Q-Urol, other natural products. Now, only practice mindfulness, acupuncture/cupping, and massage. Yeah I'm gonna give this a go and see, hopefully it doesn't aggravate my CPPS. It sucks having multiple issues lol. My GERD is just like constant throat tightness and chest pains. No real burning .
