I'm definitely going to give this a go when my current bout of frequency fades.

You could if you like pretty much straight vodka, I prefer a bit more of a drink. If I ever take a shot though, I ask for vodka, clean and crisp.
Well with some of the better vodkas out there like Choppin, sipping it on ice is not the worst thing in the world. After 2-3 it gets real good.

Tried this the other night....no frequency issues but the next day was hungover which increased my pain symptoms for the day.
