Effect of Ultra-Micronized-Palmitoylethanolamide and Acetyl-l-Carnitine on Experimental Model of Inflammatory Pain
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7922157/
In this study, we demonstrate that Ultra-Micronized-Palmitoylethanolamide (um-PEA) and Acetyl-l-Carnitine (LAC) exerts anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the production of inflammatory associated mediators
Note that PEA is now a part of the new generation of UCPPS phyto-pharmaceuticals (example: Bladder Builder) and L-carnitine was identified as helpful with chronic muscle spasm.
