Regarding Potts' comment in the video above that "Physical therapy is the new Cipro": I regard this a urologist's attempt to reclaim the importance of urology in the treatment of the syndrome. She correctly points out that we all need to pass through the urological gateway before entering the world of CPPS, just in case something more sinister or easily treatable is happening.
What uros do not want to see is CPPS patients bypassing them entirely, for both medical and financial reasons.
