I've started stretch exercises for about one month. I'm about 20% better. I recommend you to start the stretch exercises. NeoKortex experience can be beneficial.

Does anyone know why Botox injection in to pelvic floor muscles is more effective in women rather than men?
Researchs shows Botox injection in women is more popular than men.
Am I correct?

Recently I have finished 12 sessions of rTMS. I have about 40% improvement in inflammation and pain symptoms. But ED and decreased libido have not been changed.

I guess that this type of treatment procedure can be helpful for those who have not physical major problem, and their symptoms are only neuromuscular or inflammation type. And this therapy should be mixed with relaxation, yoga, stretch...this is my understanding... for those who have stricture or an...
